AFC Lightning has an open training policy to allow each member to train as much as the players and parents want.

If you would like your son or daughter to attend additional training, please contact your head coach and let he or she know which additional session you would like to attend.

Your head coach will contact the other coach to make arrangements and then confirm with you as soon as he or she can.
