He has been involved in developing soccer players at the youth level for over 11 years. John joined the staff after 5 years with Clayton County Soccer Association as a head coach for the boy’s select program and director of the Clayton Adult Soccer Association. While with Lightning, John has had great success developing players many of whom have earned promotion to AFC’s top teams.  John has coached players that continue to excel today playing at both the high school level and NCAA Div. 1. John grew up in Atlanta and graduated from Jonesboro High School before moving on to Clayton College and State University.   John currently holds the United States Soccer Federation "C" License.
