Bob Moullin joined AFC Lightning in mid-May 2006 and is a US Soccer National Staff Coach.  Having been the head coach for Region III (ODP) for 8 years, he is currently the head coach of our Region III under 14 boys team.  Bob will be involved in both the boys and girls programs at the Lightning.

He has been a collegiate coach of men and women for 20 years and has worked with US Soccer for 20 years.  Bob has also been involved in club soccer as a director or head coach at the rec., academy, and select levels in Florida and Georgia.  Bob has been the assistant coach in 2 Under 17 World Cup Championships and coached in 4 Olympic festivals.  He has coached many players (boys and girls) who have gone on to distinguish themselves at the collegiate, professional, and World Cup level.

Bob grew up in Manchester, England.  There he played at the top schoolboy level.  When he moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL he played semi-pro soccer for 5 years.  He then moved to St. Augustine, FL to start the men’s and women’s soccer programs at Flagler College.  In 1988, Bob graduated from Flagler with a B.A. in Recreation Management.

Bob currently holds the United States Soccer Federation “A” license.

Bob is married with two children.  His wife, Holly, son, Andrew and daughter, Victoria live in Fayetteville, GA.
