When:  Registration started on Monday, November 2nd and ends on Friday, January 15th.  All registrations must be postmarked by January 15th.  All player registrations received after January 15th will be wait listed and any player accepted from the wait list will be charged a $20 late fee. 

Returning Players:  Returning players from Spring or Fall 2009 can register by mail or by walk-up.  All registrations require payment at the time of registration.

New Players:  New players must register through walk-up registration. (Dates listed below)  All registrations require payment at the time of registration.  Note:  A photocopy of the player’s birth certificate is required with all new registrations.

Payment:  Checks must be made to PTCYSA, and Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted.  Visa and MC option available on the registration form.  Registrations are not complete until payment is made. 

Late Registration Walk-Up:
Saturday, January 16th from 2:30 - 4:00 PM at the Kedron Fieldhouse Room #1 - Complete

Uniform Sizing and Purchasing will be available at all walk-up registration dates.
