The AFC Lightning Coaching staff will conduct a fun and challenging camp for recreational players ages 7-12.  We focus on the fundamental technical skills that are vital at these age groups. These skills are dribbling, passing, shooting, and receiving. We build up the sessions with some unopposed activities and then put the players in challenging activities with opposition and finally move to some great game activities to finish it off. These camps are loads of fun!
